Lost at bowling once again. We took the first game by storm. Two of us starting out with doubles and all of us getting strikes in the first frame. But the fortunes of the first game left as quickly as they came. Down to the crucial 8,9, and 10th frames of the final game we lined up a number of marks, but the cleanup bowler on the opposing team got strike, after strike, after strike with a turkey going into the 10th. It doomed us and instead of squeaking out a split (first game and total pins) we dropped 3 or 4. Sigh. Our team is now masterfully worked ourselves into a tie for last place with the deciding games to be played next week. Number 11 plays number 12. A clash of the titans.
